Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual looking to jumpstart your career in sales? Rapid X is seeking a Graduate Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a year or two of sales experience who is eager further to develop their skills in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Rapid X is an independent specialist provider of digital transformation consulting services, focusing primarily on SAP products and services, specifically SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and third-party lifecycle management tools.

As a Graduate Sales Representative, you will be critical in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and nurture leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research and networking, and initiate contact to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our SAP consulting services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

 

  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, including participating in campaigns and events.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree, 2:1 or above1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
  • Professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Excellent telephone manner with fluent verbal and written English.
